Wentworth Falls Country Club is your home of golf in the Blue Mountains. Designed by famed Scottish golf architect, Dan Souter, the course evolved over more than a century – while maintaining its essential character.
Wentworth Falls Country Club was founded in 1913. Initially comprising 45 acres the original 9 hole course includes what is holes 2 to 9 of the current course.
Wentworth Falls golf course is where the Australian golf superstar, Edwina Kennedy, began her stellar career.
Kennedy first picked up a golf club at the age of 7 when she would visit her grandmother’s home bordering what is now the third hole.
“I owe an enormous debt to Wenty, and its wonderful members from the mid 1960’s to late 1970’s, for without them my passion for the game would have died before I was even allowed on a golf course."
Edwina Flack

VISIT THEM HEREOur club means different things to different people. For some it has been a home away from home. For others it is a great place to just relax and chat with new friends. Either way, for young and old, the club has been a wonderful community resource for more than a century.
We are honouring that wonderful heritage through a club museum which features photos, honour boards and memorabilia accumulated over decades.
We also invite you to contribute any of your treasured WFCC photos, records and even trophies to add to our public display. It is, after all, a piece of local history in which you have played a part.
This is one way you become a Friend of WFCC and help keep our traditions alive into the next decades.
Wentworth Falls Country Club is a valuable community asset. We offer a place of friendship and camaraderie in an increasingly fragmented society. Too many people in our midst are lonely.
The sport of golf brings a range of health benefits for people of all ages. This is particularly important for those of us who are getting older. Being mobile – and staying trim – is one the keys to a happy and healthy life.
Making sure a community club thrives and prospers for the next generations is not so easy – especially in regional Australia.
If you love Wentworth Falls Country Club and value what it has to offer then you might wish to consider making a donation or setting aside a sum of money in your will as a bequest.
You can of course specify a specific purpose or programme – or we are happy to discuss options with you.
These might include development of specific areas of the golf course or the clubhouse. You might care to earmark funds for the development of junior golf or womens golf.
You might choose to remain anonymous or to put your family name to a project as an enduring record.
